A postdoctoral or senior scientist position is available in the lab of Dr. David Parichy at University of Virginia to continue studies of macrophage–pigment cell interactions required for long-distance signaling during adult pigment pattern formation of zebrafish and related species (e.g., Science 355:1317, 2017; eLife, 4:e12401, 2015). Applicants should have experience with live imaging and modern developmental genetic methods, preferably using zebrafish.
