We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated post-doctoral scientist for a BBSRC-funded study to assess the relation between structure and function of neurons in larval zebrafish. The post holders will join the group of Dr. Robert Hindges in the Centre for Developmental Neurobiology, King’s College London https://devneuro.org/cdn/group-overview.php?groupID=65 and the project will make extensive use of in vivo imaging, zebrafish transgenesis using genome editing and ultrastructural imaging of retinal cells.
The post holder will be involved in developing tools and techniques to alter neuronal activity, molecular cues and environmental factors in combination with methods for the selective labelling of visual circuits in larval zebrafish.
