- The polyclonal antibody developed for the N-terminal of seatrout mPRa (F1N2; Zhu et al. 2003), which crossreacts with both zebrafish paqr7b (mPRa) and paqr8 (mPRb) cells. The corresponding N-terminal region of zebrafish mPRa, variable residues, (VSDVPWVFRESHIITGYRP), shares 84% identity with the peptide antigen (VSDVPWVFRERHILTGYRQ) used for developing seatrout mPRa N-terminal antibodies, whereas the corresponding N-terminal region of zebraflsh mPRrb (ASEVPSLFREPYILSGYRP) shares 58% identity with the peptide.\n (Hanna, R., Pang, Y., Thomas, P., and Zhu, Y.)
