Zebrafish Spectral Library now available

Working in the field of proteomics we were amazed by the fact that there was no zebrafish spectral library available, while there are for many other major model organisms. I am happy to inform you that we created one, which was published in the journal of proteome research in January 2014 (please see paper attached). I am even more happy/proud to inform you that this library is now (since last Monday) available on NIST, which is a proteomics standard reference database accessed by almost everyone working in the field of proteomics.

Please note this library has been created from one large experiment. This library can become even more successful (like the human library) by expanding it with new zebrafish proteomics data. Therefore researchers are highly encouraged to submit new zebrafish proteomics data to public repositories.
