A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Fang Lin in the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, at the University of Iowa. The goal of the research in the laboratory is to understand regulation of morphogenesis during development using zebrafish as a model system. These studies will employ a combination of genetic, genomic, cellular, biochemical and in vivo imaging techniques. A highly-motivated Ph.D. with experience in the study of signal transduction, cell and developmental biology, as well as in imaging and bioinformatics is desired. Previous experience with zebrafish is preferable, but not a requirement.
