Research Associate (Postdoc) - MRC Centre for Developmental Neurobiology, London

The MRC Centre for Developmental Neurobiology in London (UK) is opening a post doctoral post to work in Prof. Corinne Houart's team, working on the formation of nervous system, with focus on Control of Cell-Cell interactions in Forebrain Morphogenesis. 

The studies will use molecular and cell biology, high-resolution imaging, in vivo cell manipulation, genome editing and zebrafish and mammalian neuron culture. 

The candidate requires a PhD  (we consider candidates who are just about to finish their PhD). 

Research experience in developmental neurobiology and imaging are essential, bioinformatics and mathematics, programming and whole genome analysis skills are desireable. The candidate will benefit from training in a vibrant intellectual and collaborative environment, and state-of-the-art imaging facilities. 

Starting salary from £ 31,342 per annum, plus £2,323 London allowance per annum
