Postdoctoral Position - Cleveland Clinic

A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available to study liver organogenesis, physiology and pathology in the Department of Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute.  We use new zebrafish mutants isolated in our lab and focus on liver formation and disease modeling.  Research projects involve genetic, biochemical and bioinformatic analysis (http://www.lerner.ccf.org/stemcellbio/sakaguchi/).

We are seeking highly motivated recent graduates with a PhD and/or MD.  Applicants should have research experience in cell biology, molecular biology, developmental biology or a closely related field.  The ideal candidate will have experience in developmental genetics.  Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
