Postdoctoral position, University of Washington, Seattle, WA

A funded postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. David Parichy in the Department of Biology at the University of Washington in Seattle. The lab uses zebrafish as a model to study developmental genetic mechanisms underlying the morphogenesis and differentiation of post-embryonic, neural crest-derived stem cells as well as melanocytes and melanoma cells. The lab uses a diversity of approaches including forward genetic screens, transgenesis, time-lapse imaging, and next generation sequencing.
