Notes

Notes

  • Imported from ZFIN Antibody page Ab1-pum1
  • N terminus fragment of Xenopus Pum1 (amino acids 1–410) was expressed in Escherichia coli, gel-purified, and injected into two rabbits to produce antibodies. A GST-fused N terminus fragment of zebrafish Pum1 (amino acids 1–383) was expressed in E. coli, electroblotted onto a membrane (Immobilon; EMD Millipore), and used to affinity purify the rabbit antisera.
