  • Imported from ZFIN Antibody page Ab1-RF
  • Immunogen is bovine Reissner's fiber extract. In the 19-day-old chick embryo, this antibody recognizes a highly-acidic polypeptide (isoelectric point of 4.7) with a high molecular weight (390 kDa). Expression is specific to the ependymal epithelium of the subcommissural organ (SCO) and Reissner's fiber in the central canal of the thoracic spinal cord. via PubMed:7577440 Didier et al. (1995).
